Position Summary:
The Apprentice Mechanic is responsible for determining and performing required repairs on Transit Buses, Specialized Buses, Route Supervisors Vehicles and Service Trucks under the guidance of the Mechanic. The Apprentice Mechanic must ensure the availability of vehicles, and make sure the vehicles are in safe operating condition and must provide written documentation of repairs to meet Company, Contractual and Ministry of Transportation of Ontario requirements.
